The room was beautifully decorated, luxurious, had coffee supplies, a wardrobe, and we enjoyed a very friendly and wonderful breakfast.

The view of the sea was great and our room was beautifully presented and well-equipped. The breakfast was fantastic and marvellous, with plenty of food options.

The staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the area. The location was stunning, just meters away from Seaton Tramway. Our deluxe king room was luxurious with a great view of the sea. the location of the property was perfect as we were right by town centre, beach, trams, and a lovely promenade. - It was about a 10-minute walk from Seaton Beach.

We had a brilliant stay for three nights at Pebbles B&B. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, with a variety of salads. The property is perfectly located in a central area, within a short walk to the town centre, Sidmouth, and Lyme Regis.
